Our Standard Shipping is either FedEx Ground or UPS Ground; please note that FedEx & UPS Ground cannot deliver to PO Boxes. In some instances when it makes the most sense we use USPS Priority Mail. Very large and/or heavy items might ship with DHL Danzas; in this case delivery might take up to four weeks. All orders will be charged actual cost due to the weight, the size of the box or crate, and/or the location.

Express Shipping

NextDay OverNight and 2nd Day Service can be provided. Just send us an email with your address, item number and the type of shipping you would prefer before ordering, and we will send you a quote. It's that simple!

International Orders

All International orders will be charged actual cost due to weight, size of box and/or location. We will contact you with the exact cost before the item is shipped. Please note that delivery of foreign orders may take up to six weeks since we cannot predict or control customs delays.

Order Status

Where is my order? Please allow ten days after your order has been placed before contacting us. We will keep you advised if there is any problem with your order. We will not keep you advised while your order is being processed. Frequently, when a customer emails or calls for the status of their order, it is already on its way.
